New On Huddle!

After considerable Community input, we’re excited to launch several updates to the Huddle community, starting with some new personalization features and an enhanced homepage experience.

Customize Your Huddle Experience

It is now easier to navigate Huddle and sort through topics of interest. You will notice that discussions in the Members Community are now tagged with one or more topic(s). You can click on a topic tag to see other discussions that have been tagged with the same topic. You can also use the search feature to search for a particular topic, by typing the topic tag in the search box. Your results will show relevant discussions, library entries, and more.

Additionally, you can subscribe to areas of interest. In your profile, you can now select Topics I Follow based on the types of conversations you’d like to see in your Daily Digest from the Members Community. You can add (or remove) as many topics as you like to personalize your Daily Digest. You’ll notice there is also a Topics We Recommend list based on your activity. Discussions tagged to these topics are included in your Daily Digest emails, but you can remove topics anytime.

When starting a new conversation in the Members Community, you will be prompted to select one or more Topics to tag the conversation. This will ensure content shows up appropriately in everyone’s inbox per their customizations, and it also provides for easier searching of past conversations on topics.

Watch for Your Huddle Roundup

Your Huddle Roundup is tailored to send you content specific to your interests, as it updates based on conversations and topics that engage you. In contrast to the Daily Digest emails which are sent out every weekday, Your Huddle Roundup is sent out every other Monday.

Discover the New Homepage

Huddle’s updated homepage shows your personalized feed of recent activity with an updated look and feel. Now, you can like posts directly from your homepage feed, view the number of replies on a post, and follow posts that interest you.

You’ll notice a few new areas on the homepage give you quicker access to My Communities and your Followed Content, making it even easier to keep up to date on conversations.

Note: Student Community Retired on April 1st

To better personalize your Huddle experience, we combined the Student Community with the Members Community on April 1st. This decision is the result of careful consideration of your feedback and in-depth analysis of community usage. We believe this change will create a more streamlined experience for everyone. Explore Tried-and-True Huddle Features

While we’re excited about the new features above, these are still available for your enjoyment:

Find a Mentor or Mentee

PAs of all career stages can benefit from engaging as a mentor or a mentee (or both) in the Mentor Match program. Find a match on Huddle and establish the parameters of your relationship – time commitment, cadence of meetings, etc. – with your mentor or mentee.

Network with Peers

Connect with peers one-on-one using the Member Directory. Find someone by name, email, or location, or use the Advanced Search option to search for peers by specialty or PA program. Ensure your profile information is up to date so your peers can easily find you to connect.
